Western Trail Rides is pleased to serve the Ojai Valley, Ventura and Santa Barbara areas!

Come one, come all to the ranch as we embark on another amazing new school year.  We look forward to serving your family.  Come join the harvest and enjoy the beauty of the Ojai Valley in our outdoor classroom.   Enrolling now for the 2023/2024 school year.

  • Private Horse Back Ride Lessons  (Call to set up individual lesson dates Monday – Saturday)
  • Custom Group Classes

Do you have a fellow student, friend, neighbor, or family member you would like to invite to the ranch?  These custom group classes are a wonderful opportunity to do so.  This is a great way to integrate back into school!

All lessons and group classes will cover horse anatomy, grooming, proper saddling and horseback riding.  All equipment is included. 

2-4 students 

5 years and older

10am to sunset (Monday – Saturday)

You choose the week and students for your group class.

Spring Easter Horse Camp – (April 1st – 5th, 2024)

Spring forward with Western Trail Rides easter break horse camp!  The flowers will be in bloom, just in time for some horse backing riding fun.  Join us at the ranch as we learn about horse grooming/riding, do some fun arts and crafts and play a few games.  All equipment included – see flyer link below for registration.

9am-12pm Monday – Friday (Ages 6+) $350.00/week
